Introduced to yoga 7 years ago, Christine began to practice after working through injuries and soreness from marathons, recognizing a need for additional strength and flexibility. She was further drawn to the messages of patience, non-competitiveness, and non-attachment in the practice of yoga, which was so different from the active competitiveness that she had previously experienced. As is true for a lot of us, a series of life's seemingly unrelated but wonderful events and people resulted in Christine being introduced to, and finding her home in the style of Fluid yoga, appreciating the way in which it truly incorporated the mind, body, and spirit. This lead to her completing her 200 hour Fluid Yoga teacher training. She would like everyone attending her classes to leave feeling energized after a vigorous flow and with a deeper sense of compassion for themselves and those around them.
