Yoga Basics - Beginner Level 1, Drop-in

Appropriate for students who have taken any form of hatha yoga classes.

This is a basic class that will take you though a series of asanas that most students will know such as Sun Salutations, Twists and Reclining poses.

Also offered Wednesday evenings.
